This is Cindy's new implant tooth. She had a bridge for long time and now the bridge was cracked. She wanted to replace it with another bridge; however, the supporting tooth is not strong enough to hold the bridge. Instead, she replaced the missing tooth with dental implant. Now she can finally floss the between teeth. She is very happy about her new teeth.

Carrie had lost her tooth a couple of years ago due to her failed root canal treatment. Since then, she was chewing more right side and her right side was compensating her left side, causing more teeth sensitivity and worn down teeth. She finally restored her missing tooth and now she is very happy with the new tooth.

This is Kyle's Case...Finally we are finished with upper implants and crowns.

He was very happy and he is looking forward to finishing the bottom teeth as well.

This is Sandra and she's been referred to my practice by her endodontist. Her main concern is lower loose teeth and abscess around her bridge. She had long span bridges and had constant problems with them. She got those bridges because she did not have an option of implants. After several redoing root canals and bridge, she wanted to replace them with something more permanent. Dr. Lee removed those loose teeth and bridge and placed 4 implants at the same time. After 6 months, now she can finally chew with those implant-supported bridge and crowns. She was very happy

This is Kyle and he came to my office to restore his missing teeth with implants. He already had implants done for his front teeth long time ago and he liked them very much. Now he lost his teeth about 6 month ago, and he did not even consider other options. He knew he wanted more implants for his upper arch. Dr. Lee placed 6 more implants with bone graft surgery for his upper arch. Kyle was sleeping during the surgery and had no memories of it. He said this was the best implant surgery he ever had !!!!

Sierra had a lot of dental work done in Eastern Europe. But she was not happy with smile because of dark and short teeth. She came in for smile make-over. The challenge was that she had hugh space between teeth and very short teeth after removal of her old fillings. We were able to increase her teeth length and close the gap with crowns and veneers. Now she is very happy with her smile.

This is Bill. Now bill is ready for the implants after his sinus graft and bone graft on lower front area. It took him about 5 months for his bone to integrate and 5 implants were placed. Bill was surprised that the procedure was a lot less traumatic than he thought and now he can't wait to have teeth back.

This is Avery. She lost her lower molar due to periodontal disease about 7 month ago. She was very afraid of having an implant because she heard a lots of bad stories such as pain. But I assured her that her case is one of easy case and she would not have much of pain. She trusted my word. I used Laser to remove the tissue and this will help minimal bleeding and no pain. And the implant was placed, and the whole procedure took about 1 hr and she didn't have any pain. She was so happy and smiled at me about having the implant just like this easy.

This is Emily. She's been very excellent patient ever since I started my practice. She had been always bothered by her missing teeth and dark stained teeth. She wanted to have white teeth like hollywood smile and restore those missing teeth. We started with restoring missing teeth with implants. Three implants were placed and restored by Dr. Lee and several crowns and many veneers to change her teeth color. These veneers and crowns were designed to give her fuller teeth and more feminine character of her. Emily was so happy to see her smile chaged. This is one of things that keeps me going.

This is good example of what Sinus Augmentation is. If you want to place a screw into your ceiling and yet, the thickness of the ceiling is so thin then you won't get the fixation of the screw and it will spin around. The same thing applies to the dental implant. If you are missing upper posterior teeth, and you sinus cavity is low, the dental implant won't be stablized. So the sinus cavity needs to be elevated by adding more bone materials.

This is one of my patient, Bill. Bill came to my practice for missing teeth and his gum disease. He already lost upper right and left side of teeth due to gum disease. I've added more bone material on both side of sinus cavity and this is the x-ray that shows a good comparison between the right side which already grafted & elevated and left side which has not been grafted yet.

This is one of my patient. Frank came in with upper denture and badly decayed lower teeth. He wanted to know if I can make this better. Out of different treatment options, Frank chose to do the implant overdenture. Two immediate implants were placed at the time of teeth extractions and lower denture was delivered. Frank went through about 4 month of relining the denture. Finally the denture was attached to the implants with rubber attachments. He loves this denture because it works like his own teeth and feel like own teeth.

This is Kris and he lost his front tooth because of failed root canal. This picture was taken sometime after implant placement. Now his got a new tooth with implant crown. Despite of some challenges, it was worth of waiting for 9 months.

Mike came to my practice hoping to catch up with all should've-done-dental treatment. He is in mid 70's and had postponed most of dental work due to his work and personal life. Now he is ready for new smile-make-over. He had multiple decaies and defective restorations. We started with treating upper teeth first. This is how his smile changed. He loves so much that he can't wait untill all treatment is done.

This is Jim and he came for loose bridge. He had decay under his front bridge and crowns. The bridge was removed and three implants were placed for top and bottom teeth, and he is waiting to get the final restoration for upper teeth. The bottem implant healed good and already finished with restoration. The photo shows the temporary retainer while waiting final restoration. He is very happy that it didn't hurt as much as he expected. I will post final photo when he is done.

This is Lynne's Case. She's been missing a tooth on left side and wanted do implant. However, she got the sinus space dropping down. I did sinus augmentation and placed implant. She was very happy that the procedure turned out to be a lot simpler than she anticipated.

Sara came in to my office and her cheif concern was her front teeth. She wanted to improve her smile, yet not too much noticeable by other people. She did all her front teeth with combination of veneers and crowns.

I used CEREC because it allows a patient to leave the dental office with permanent restorations at single appointment. For her case, she wanted to come back later since milling many crowns and veneers took long time.

Sandy had recurrent decay on her gold onlay and crown. When I replaced those two crowns within hour, she was very surprised that she didn't have to come back and didn't have to wear temporary teeth for weeks. She was very happy about everything was done at one hour appointment.

This is Steve. He came to my office for emergency. He was about to leave for trip and his tooth broke off at the gumline. He needed a crown now and we fixed him with CEREC crown before his leave. He was happy again.

Gordon came in for better smile. He did the office bleaching; however, his teeth didn't get bleached much due to the deep staining as shown on the photo. Then he decided to do veneers for smile make-over.

This is Sarah. She came to my practice to make her smile better. Her cheif complant was that she got a bridge which showed dark metal margin and her smile is crooked. I replaced the bridge with Lumineer bridge and the other teeth got Lumineer veneers. She was very happy about the result !.

Karen came to my office for teeth bleaching and her peg lateral teeth. As shown on the photo, she got peg laterals and smaller left central tooth. She wanted to have white and matching teeth. She did Zoom bleaching to brighten her teeth. I did two Lumineers and one direct composite bonding to make her two central teeth symmetrical. I was very happy because of no teeth structure removed. This was very good example of Additive Dentistry. She was also very happy with result and no injection.

This is one of my patient. Kathy came in for some smile make-over, and she wanted to have veneers. She chose Lumineers becasue she doesn't have to trade esthetic with teeth reduction. Lumineers are either no-tooth reduction or very minimally reduction required. Now you don't have lose your tooth structure just becasue of esthetic.
